AI Provider Terms

Enclave is model-neutral and may route inputs to one or more third-party AI providers to deliver its Services. The current list of AI providers and their purposes is maintained on the Subprocessors page.

By using Enclave’s Services, you agree to comply with the usage policies of the underlying AI providers as referenced in the Usage Policy. Enclave selects AI providers that offer enterprise-grade data handling commitments.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and acceptable use policies published by each AI provider listed on our Subprocessors page. These policies are maintained by the respective providers on their own websites.
